Hi, In the Windows XP with Outlook Express , There was a block sender. Now I'm using Windows Mail for Windows Vista.There is no block sender or I can't find it. Sorry it maybe the wrong newsgroup.

Again, What has this got to do with installing Vista? You should be posting this to the Vista.Mail group.
